2018 KOREA INTERNATIONAL HARP COMPETITION
NOTICE for Check-in, Practice, and Competition schedule
1) Junior Division: 10:00 – 11:00
2) Youth Division: 11:00 – 12:00
3) Young Professional Division: 12:00 – 13:00
* The Check-in and Harp selection will be take place at the Harpyday Ensemble Studio. Please arrive on time.
* 5 copies of the free choice piece must be provided at the time of the Check-in.
1) On March 27, From 9:00 to 20:00
- Every participant can practice 1 hour per person at the Harpyday Ensemble Studio.
- Sign up for practice is first come first served basis. Please put your name on the sign up paper and choose the practice time at the Harpyday Ensemble Studio. The chosen time and the room will be your practice time and place.
- Everyone should sign up for practice on the spot. You may not reserve practice time through e-mail and facebook messenger.
* Office hour of Harpydy Ensemble Studio : 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
2) On March 28
- Only of Young Professional Division competitior
- Young Professional Division Competitor can practice 2 hours per person at the Harpyday Ensemble Studio.
- The practice schedule will be posted on the Harpyday Ensemble Studio’s bulletin board on March 27 and our Facebook page also.
* During the practice, you cannot choose the harp.

- Competition and Warm-up schedule will be posted on the Harpyday Ensemble Studio’s bulletin board and our Facebook page on March 27.
- Competition and Warm-up will take place at the SCC Hall
2) Young Professional Division: March 29, 2018
- Competition and Warm-up schedule will be posted on the Harpyday Ensemble Studio’s bulletin board and our Facebook page on March 28.
- Competition and Warm-up will take place at the SCC Hall
3) Award Ceremony: 3PM March 30, 2018
- The award Ceremony will be start at 3PM on 30th at SCC Hall
- We’re planning a small reception for all competitors and Jury members. Please join the award ceremony together.
* Every announcement and change will be noticed by e-mail, Facebook and the bulletin board. Please check your e-mail, Facebook page, and the bulletin board at the Harpyday Ensemble Studio regularly.
* If you want to practice before 27th March or need any more information, please contact us.
